350 Las Olas Place Opens Sales Center

MIAMI-The 30-story, 163-unit luxury condominium tower is scheduled to break ground in the second quarter in downtown Fort Lauderdale. The office is located across from the site of the development, at 401 E. Las Olas Blvd., in the new Bank of America Plaza at Las Olas City Centre.

MIAMI-Stiles Corp. has opened a sales office for the 350 Las Olas Place condominium project planned for downtown Fort Lauderdale. The office is located at 401 E. Las Olas Blvd., Suite 175, on the ground floor of the newly finished Bank of America Plaza at Las Olas City Centre.

The office is across the private drive from the future site of the condo tower. Galleria Collection of Fine Homes is leading the executive sales and marketing efforts for the project from the sales office as well as from its offices in the Galleria Mall on Sunrise Boulevard.
