The buyer, Investcal Realty Crop, has acquired the multi-tenant building from Scotland-Colorado LLC. Encompassing 18,782 sf, the single-story facility is 100% leased to eight tenants with the largest occupant being The Eastlake Co. The office asset, which stands at 900 Lane Ave., is located within the Eastlake Business Center, a property that dates back to 1987.
In the recent transaction, Scotland-Colorado LLC was represented by Don Mitchell, Paul Lafrenz and Brian Klepacki of the San Diego office of CB Richard Ellis. Bill Dolan, also based in CB Richard Ellis' San Diego office, acted on behalf of Investcal Realty Corp.
Scotland-Colorado LLC originally picked up the 900 Lane Ave. building in early 2001. It purchased the facility from Mahoney Intervivos Trust for a little more than $2.1 million.
