CHULA VISTA, CA- A Chula Vista office facility has traded hands in a transaction valued at slightly more than $2.6 million.

The buyer, Investcal Realty Crop, has acquired the multi-tenant building from Scotland-Colorado LLC. Encompassing 18,782 sf, the single-story facility is 100% leased to eight tenants with the largest occupant being The Eastlake Co. The office asset, which stands at 900 Lane Ave., is located within the Eastlake Business Center, a property that dates back to 1987.
