PHOENIX-An Atlanta-based telecommunications firm will move its offices from the city’s CBD to Camelback Road in the city’s fashionable Biltmore area under a three-year lease deal valued at $192,738.

Cypress Communications took 2,471 sf of class A space at the Esplanade Tower I in a move to downsize its operations, Gwen Musfeldt, with Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona Inc.’s Phoenix office tells GlobeSt.com. Musfeldt said the company selected the 2425 E. Camelback Rd. office tower because of its proximity to the clients they service. The firm is moving from midtown at 2929 N. Central Ave.
