Coral Gables, FL-based J. Milton & Associates, whose principals are Frank Milton and Yosi Gil, has obtained all permits and approvals to build the project, which will be located at 175th Street and Atlantic Boulevard, across from the ocean and overlooking J. Milton's landmark building the Pinnacle.
Ground-breaking for King David is scheduled for this June, and the project's planned completion date is June 2005. The project's architect is Kobi Karp of North Miami Beach, FL. Its interior designer is The Howard Design Group of Miami.
Unit sizes range from 1,414 sf for two-bedroom, two-bath units to 1,938 sf for three-bedroom, two-bath residences. Prices range from $285,000 to $425,000.

Units feature views of the Atlantic Ocean, Biscayne Bay, the Intracoastal Waterway and downtown Miami. Many units also feature floor-to-ceiling tinted glass walls in living rooms, dinning rooms, kitchens and bedrooms; granite countertops and backsplashes; and marble showers, floors and bathroom vanities. Building amenities include a health and fitness center, a covered parking garage, and a heated pool and spa surrounded by a landscaped sun deck.
A sales center for King David has been set up at 330 Sunny Isles Blvd.
While Sunny Isles Beach is home of several new developments--including the $600 million, 11-acre, beachfront Trump Grande Ocean Resort and Residences--King David is the only new development on the west side of town.
