King David Project Breaks Ground in June

SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FL-The 14-story, 88-residence condominium project is being developed here by J. Milton & Associates. The project is scheduled to be completed in June 2005 and the total sell-out price is $30 million.

SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FL-Developer J. Milton & Associates is planning an upscale condominium development here called King David. The 14-story, Mediterranean-style project will have 88 residences. The total sell-out price of King David is $30 million.

Coral Gables, FL-based J. Milton & Associates, whose principals are Frank Milton and Yosi Gil, has obtained all permits and approvals to build the project, which will be located at 175th Street and Atlantic Boulevard, across from the ocean and overlooking J. Milton’s landmark building the Pinnacle.

Ground-breaking for King David is scheduled for this June, and the project’s planned completion date is June 2005. The project’s architect is Kobi Karp of North Miami Beach, FL. Its interior designer is The Howard Design Group of Miami.
