SAN DIEGO-Private investors David and Helen Nguyen have purchased a 6,625-sf facility in San Diego that previously served as an auto body shop.
Located at 6517 E. Cajon Blvd., the building stands on an 11,500-sf land parcel. The Nguyens have acquired it from the Matilda Barnett Trust in a transaction valued at $680,000.
Matilda Barnett Trust was represented by Reg Kobzi of CB Richard Ellis' San Diego Central office. Jimmy Pham of Mid City Realty acted on behalf of the Nguyen party.
The sale of the former auto body shop is one of several small retail transactions to take place in San Diego in the last few weeks. Another retail sale was recently reported just down the street at 4395 El Cajon Blvd. That deal involved the sale of a 15,580-sf facility that is currently occupied by Spectrum Printing Inc. The buyer, L-20 LLC c/o Dan Floit, paid $1.6 million for the property.
