Isokern of Arizona signed the 17-month pact, valued at $26,000, for 2122 W. Lone Cactus Dr. with building owner, Roger Buttrum of Phoenix in a move that will give the fireplace firm an additional 500 sf of showroom space. "Their old space just wasn't working and their lease was up so they went to someone who had some flexibility," Jeff Hulseweh with DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services tells GlobeSt.com.
The firm moved into the multi-tenant office space from its former offices about two miles away on West Lone Cactus Drive earlier this month, Hulseweh said. The relocation is expected to be temporary while the company awaits completion of a build-to-suit just 17th Place in Deer Valley.
Hulseweh represented Isokern of Arizona in the lease negotiations. Jim Penrod of RDB Construction brokered the terms for the building owner.
