Fireplace Importer Strikes Short-Term Lease

PHOENIX-Isokern of Arizona, awaiting completion of a build-to-suit project in Deer Valley, is settling into 2,244 sf in a 17-month signing for the temporary office and showroom. The temp location is 2122 W. Lone Cactus Dr.

PHOENIX-A firm that sells and installs custom masonry fireplaces from Denmark is settling into 2,244 sf of office and showroom space while awaiting construction of a build-to-suit in Deer Valley.

Isokern of Arizona signed the 17-month pact, valued at $26,000, for 2122 W. Lone Cactus Dr. with building owner, Roger Buttrum of Phoenix in a move that will give the fireplace firm an additional 500 sf of showroom space. “Their old space just wasn’t working and their lease was up so they went to someone who had some flexibility,” Jeff Hulseweh with DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services tells GlobeSt.com.
