Wayne D. Ramoski, a broker involved in the transaction, says Iberia World Foods plans to occupy its new food warehousing and distribution facility in early June. The new building is located at 12300 NW 32nd Ave. The company is consolidating its locations in Medley and in North Dade at this new, North Central Dade facility.
Under the deal, Iberia World Foods will occupy one-fourth of Smith Terminal's 340,000-sf building at Gratigny Industrial Park.
Ramoski, senior director of industrial brokerage services in the Miami office of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the property owner, Smith Terminal, in the deal. Paul Cohen of CB Richard Ellis in Miami represented the tenant.
