The 10,890-sf building is in a 15-building business park along I-580 on National Drive at Greenville Road. Advanced Doorways will use the building, located at 634 Enterprise Court, as its headquarters.

"Livermore continues to be a favorable relocation site for companies to purchase their buildings," says Dan Bergen with Colliers International. "Absorption should increase in 2003 as owner-users continue to buy to take advantage of low interest rates and favorable investment advantages."

Bergen and Lloyd represented the seller, Pacific Union Commercial Development, in the transaction. Jay Lewis of Monte Vista Commercial represented Advanced Doorways. Pacific Union recently sold two buildings at National Corporate Center to Vintage 99 Label and Tri-Valley Doors for a combined total of $3 million.
