"This is a great step forward for both CPV and Warren County," says company director of development Tom Eiden. "We feel gratified to have the support of so many Warren County officials and residents. This facility will be a model for environmental stewardship." The development is a welcome project in the area. No citizens came out against the proposed development during public hearings last summer, and the Warren County Board of Supervisors and the Warren County Planning Commission have made evident their support for the endeavor.
