Sky Lofts, a two-story, single-building project, is scheduled to be completed in fall 2004.It's located at 7914 West Drive on the intracoastal waters.

The project will consist of two-bedroom, two-story lofts ranging in size from 1,320 sf to 1,719 sf. Prices range from the mid-$300,000s to the mid-500,000s. Sky Lofts also will have four penthouse units of more than 3,150 sf. One penthouse remains, at a price of $915,000.

Majestic Properties, an 8-year-old, Miami Beach-based real estate brokerage, is handling sales of the lofts. The project's sales center is located at 5046 Biscayne Blvd. in Miami. According to Jeff Morr, founder and president of Majestic Properties, 31 of the 49 units have been sold.
