A specialist on storm water management issues, Conner will advise ONIC on new development opportunities in Orlando. The developer has five projects under way. They are:

--Hampton Park (cost: $20 million): Redevelopment of 17 vacant acres in Colonial Town, Downtown Orlando. The mixed-use and mixed-income project will have 48 rental apartments for the elderly, 65 single-family homes; and 20,000 sf of office and commercial space. The project, owned by the Orlando Housing Authority, started in February 2000 and is expected to be completed in 2004.

--City View @ Hughes Square (cost: $38 million): The development will comprise 266 apartments with half reserved for affordable housing; 25,000 sf of retail; and a 1,000-space parking garage. Banc of America Community Development Corp. is a co-developer and co-owner of the project.
