Wayne D. Ramoski, a broker involved in the transaction, said Countywide plans to occupy the warehouse/distribution facility by early April. The company will use the space, located at 8005 NW 80th St. in the Airport North area, for contract warehousing.

Ramoski, senior director of industrial brokerage services at Cushman & Wakefield here, represented Tropical Shipping in the sublease. Steve Medwin of Lincoln Property in Miami represented Countywide.

Countywide of Miami, founded in 1973, is a provider of intermodal transportation and product distribution services in Miami and Fort Lauderdale, FL. The company also does work off the ports into other parts of Florida.
