The complex includes two single-story buildings. One is 89,000-sf; the other, 21,000-sf, and the gross leasable area is 90,310-sf. The masonry buildings, constructed in 1960, have ceiling heights to 20-feet clear and are 100% wet-sprinklered. Modern office space and truck loading docks are included.

The center is currently occupied by Boscov's and Kid's Sports, a local version of the national Chuck E. Cheese chain, but it will reportedly be vacant at the closing of the sale. The property is at the intersection of routes 422 and 724, which is Shillington Road.

Meanwhile, Boscov's has relocated to the Berkshire Mall in Wyomissing, PA, about two miles from the site that's for sale. The Boscov's Department Store chain includes 38 stores across five Mid-Atlantic states. Twenty-four of the stores are located in Pennsylvania.
