C&W Names New Office Leasing Director

SAN FRANCISCO-Peter Victor, most recently responsible for leasing and marketing Boston Properties' 4.5-million-sf Northern California portfolio, joins Cushman & Wakefield's as a director of office leasing in San Francisco.

SAN FRANCISCO-Cushman & Wakefield has hired Peter Victor as a director of office leasing in San Francisco.

Most recently responsible for leasing and marketing Boston Properties’ 4.5-million-sf Northern California portfolio, Victor will specialize in tenant and landlord representation for Cushman & Wakefield, focusing on Downtown San Francisco. Neither Victor nor C&W senior managing director Joe Cook were immediately available for comment on Wednesday morning on who Victor is replacing.
