Santa Cora Park Construction Under Way

CHULA VISTA, CA-The 5.3-acre park, which is slated for completion in September of this year, is rising in the Otay Ranch master-planned community known as McMillin Lomas Verdes.

CHULA VISTA, CA-Construction is currently underway on the newest park planned for McMillin Lomas Verdes, the Otay Ranch master-planned community being developed by The Corky McMillin Cos.

Known as Santa Rosa Park, the project will encompass 5.3 acres at build-out. Design plans call for a lighted basketball court, tennis court, playground equipment, restrooms, a sizable grass area and two shaded picnic areas with barbecue facilities. Completion is slated for September of this year.
