AUSTIN-Energy Worx joins a roster of high-profile companies with the five-year lease of 8,185 sf at the Bank One Tower in the city’s downtown.

The firm’s lease on the 18th floor of the 21-story, 389,503-sf building brings occupancy levels to 93% for the 221 W.
