Located just a stone's throw from the Key Bridge, the link between Arlington County and Washington, DC, Rosslyn Gateway carries the addresses of 1901 and 1911 North Fort Myer Dr. The property could be redeveloped to accommodate up to 700,000 sf of office and/or residential space. While the amount of the sale has not been disclosed, county records list the assessed value of the buildings at approximately $16.8 million and $27.4 million, respectively. "We are very pleased to have this project back in our portfolio," says JBG managing partner Brian Coulter. "By incorporating these buildings into our long-term plans for the area, we can affect exciting and significant changes that are only possible because of our concentration of ownership."
