Each tower will consist of approximately 130 residences. The development will be located on 5.5 acres just south of Sunny Isles Boulevard, between Bal Harbour and Golden Beach. The development will offer two- to five-bedroom residences that range in size from 2,200 sf to 5,700 sf. They are priced between $1 million and more than $4 million.

The residents-only beach club and spa alone is estimated to cost $15 million. Turnberry president Bruce Weiner says the 35,000-sf private beach club and spa will be one of the features that will distinguish the development from other area condominium projects. Included the property will also feature an oceanfront dining room, a cocktail lounge, a card room, swimming and tanning pools, a European-style spa with a fitness center and personal service.

Each residence will have private, direct-entry elevator lobbies and individual security systems. Other attributes include 10-foot ceilings, Italian cabinetry, granite countertops, European appliances, marble baths, Jacuzzi hydrotherapy tubs with built-in TV screens, steam showers and private, wrap-around balconies with views of the ocean and Intracoastal waterway.
