Soderstrom Scans Oviedo Shelter Market

ORLANDO-With $300 million from 1,000 transactions in 2002 on the chalk board, Stirling International Realty Inc. founder/owner Roger Soderstrom is shooting to top that mark in 2003 with the help of the company’s seventh showcase center scheduled to open in April.

Soderstrom has leased 3,400 sf in offices formerly housing Arvida Realty and Coldwell Banker on Red Bug Road in suburban Oviedo, FL, across from the Rouse Cos.’ 955,000-sf Oviedo Marketplace. Affluent Oviedo in Seminole County, near the University of Central Florida’s 35,000-student campus, is Soderstrom’s target market this year.
