Dekalb Auto Collision occupies the building at 3580 Pierce Drive, adjacent to Office Depot and just off one of the area's busiest streets. Michael Kuras of Sperry Van Ness, who represented the seller, says location played a large part in the per-sf sales price.

"With its premier location, we received significant investor interest and went from contract to closing in two weeks," the broker says. Matthew Levin worked with Kuras on the deal. The buyer, a private, Atlanta-based investor, represented himself in the transaction.

The building was recently renovated for use as office/showroom, flex, research or light manufacturing.
