Taking the "creative deal of the year" was Brad Anderson for his work in negotiating National Bank of Arizona's purchase of the former Del Webb headquarters building.

Fijan and Adelson, executive vice presidents at CB Richard Ellis, and Roberts, a senior vice president, have worked together since 1988. Last year, the trio leased nearly 1.7 million sf of office space in 117 transactions and sold 658,918 sf of property and 38 acres of land for office development.

Calihan, a first vice president with CB Richard Ellis, negotiated 14 separate transactions involving 141,125 sf of industrial space for EJM Development last year, among other transactions. Anderson, a senior vice president, was recognized for crafting an agreement that allowed National Bank of Arizona to buy Del Webb's headquarters after another deal fell through.
