ORLANDO-DNA Developers has purchased 3.25 acres for $410,500 or $126,308 per acre at Orlando Central Park South where the six-year-old real estate development arm of locally based Norbert Corp. plans to break ground in April on a $4 million, 50,000-sf office showroom/warehouse facility and have it completed by fall.

The single-story, brightly colored building will be DNA's second project in the 4,500-acre park. The company completed a 36,500-sf world headquarters structure last summer for Inter Bio-Lab. DNA's newest building will adjoin the Inter Bio-Lab property. DNA also developed Crowne Point Commerce Park on Sand Lake Road in south Orlando.

In the past two years, DNA has developed projects in Orlando and Miami for The Norbert Corp., a project management company which had operated in Brazil for 20 years, specializing in high-rise condominium development, before relocating to Orlando.
