Boardwalk Shopping Center is located on 24 acres north of Austin in the community of Round Rock, near the national headquarters of Dell Computer. A Wal-Mart and Home Depot flank the seven-year-old property. The seller was CIN Boardwalk LP. The property is 100% occupied.

Boardwalk's major tenants are PetsMart, Ross Dress for Less, and Office Max. Other national tenants include Party City, The Avenue by Lane Bryant, Dollar Tree, Radio Shack, Subway, Supercuts, AT&T Wireless and MailBoxes Etc.

Norbert Buelsing, executive vice president of A&B Properties and responsible for the company's income property portfolio, says A&B sold two shopping centers last year: Moulton Plaza in Laguna Hills, Calif., in December and Market Square Shopping Center in Greeley, Colo. in May. With the addition of Boardwalk, Buelsing says the portfolio now holds eight Mainland shopping centers.

All told, A&B Properties has a portfolio of 29 commercial properties in Hawaii and 19 on the U.S. mainland, comprising more than 5.2 million sf of leasable retail, office and industrial space
