Cartwright has more than 30 years' commercial real estate experience. For four years before he joined Trammell Crow, Cartwright was regional leasing director for Jones Lang LaSalle's Florida operation. Under his leadership, the company grew its South Florida office leasing and management portfolio from 235,000 sf in 1997 to 4.5 million sf in 2002--a 550% increase. Cartwright also has had executive leadership positions at The Rouse Co., Cartwright Nolan Commercial Properties Inc. and Regency Group.
