Cartwright Joins Trammell Crow

MIAMI-Donald B. Cartwright on March 24 joined Trammell Crow Co. as South Florida trade area director. He is based in the company’s office here. In this position, Cartwright oversees the leasing and management of more than 7 million sf of office, industrial and retail properties for both individual and institutional investors in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties.

Trammell Crow’s South Florida portfolio includes office properties such as One Biscayne Tower and One Brickell Square in Miami. Industrial projects include certain buildings in Americas’ Gateway Park in Miami, Pompano Business Center in Pompano Beach and Quorum Business Center in Deerfield Beach. And retail properties include the T.J. Maxx Plaza in Miami and Regency Court in Boca Raton. The company’s investor clients in the area include INVESCO, Principal Capital Management, TIAA-CREF and AMB Property Corp.
