The property recently underwent a multi-million dollar renovation, which included its three-levels of bars and JBL sound system. It will be delivered vacant and has been designated as a historic landmark.

Formerly the Church of the Holy Communion, built on the corner of 20th St. and 6th Avenue, the building was built about 150 years ago. It was converted into a nightclub in 1985.
