Mark Korman, EVP of Landmark, a title he will retain, was namedpresident of the new firm. Locally based Landmark has served the commercialand residential real estate and lending industry here and in York, Lebanon,Dauphin, Berks and Chester Counties of PA since 1973.

Sterling Financial is a group of financial services organizations thatoperate 51 banking locations in the south central regions of this state andin northern MD. It operates through four subsidiary banks: Bank of LancasterCounty, Bank of Hanover and Trust Co., First National Bank of North East,and Bank of Lebanon County.

Among its non-bank affiliates are: Town and Country Leasing LLC, LancasterInsurance Group LLC, Equipment Finance Inc., and Sterling Financial Trust,which manages approximately $1 billion in assets.
