Building 400 is 100% leased to Humboldt Wedag, a global engineering service provider. Avaya, a communications provider, occupies 68% or 32,000 sf in Building 420. The Avaya and Humboldt leases expire within the next two years.

Tom Shafer and Brad Smith, investment sales brokers at four-year-old Resource Real Estate Partners of Atlanta, negotiated for the seller. The Shafer-Smith team has sold $1.2 billion of office and industrial properties in the Southeast since Resource Real Estate Partners was formed in 1999.
