ATLANTA-Westlake Business Center, a two-building, three-year-old office complex in suburban Atlanta, is under new ownership today. Snapfinger Woods Village Inc. paid Southeast Office Properties $6.43 million or $96.21 per sf for the single-story properties at 400 and 420 Technology Parkway in Norcross, GA, about five miles north of Downtown Atlanta.

Building 400 is 100% leased to Humboldt Wedag, a global engineering service provider. Avaya, a communications provider, occupies 68% or 32,000 sf in Building 420. The Avaya and Humboldt leases expire within the next two years.
