Located off I-70, Riverside Technology Park consists of six buildings arranged in a campus style over a 44-acre parcel. Lesco and Commercial Marketing will occupy the structures at 8415 Progress Dr. and 8425 Progress Dr. Among the two companies' neighbors will be tenants such as Progressive Casualty Insurance Co. and Digital One.
"Demand for flex and light manufacturing space in the Frederick area has been high and, in turn, we expect to increase leasing activities at Riverside Technology Park, as well as our other Frederick business park, the Center at Monocacy," MIE partner Gigi Wagner says.
