$1M in Leases Tendered for Paradise Valley

PHOENIX-Phoenix Life Insurance Co. and Duley-Bowlar Insurance both exit the Royal Biltmore in the Camelback Corridor for the fourth floor of the Paradise Valley Corporate Center. The firms sign five-year leases for a combined 8,979 sf.

PHOENIX-Two insurance firms have taken 8,979 sf in the Paradise Valley Corporate Center in separate five-year leases with a combined value of nearly $1 million.

Phoenix Life Insurance Co. will take 4,207 sf at the 4835 E. Cactus Rd. building while Duley-Bowlar Insurance, a local agent for Phoenix Life, has signed for 4,772 sf. Both insurance agencies will share the fourth floor of the 160,000-sf building when they move in June 1.
