Sand Creek Business Center is located on Sand Creek Road just west of Highway 4 (also Brentwood Boulevard). When complete, Sand Creek Business Center will feature nine buildings totaling 139,630 sf as well s excess land for build-to-suit opportunities.

One of the brokers in the deal, Bill Hillis of Colliers' Walnut Creek office says all three buildings in phase one of the business center have now been sold or lease optioned. Three more buildings are coming online this fall, he adds. Colliers SVP Mark Triska was the other broker in the deal.

"Brentwood definitely needs commercial office/flex space," says Hillis. "Brentwood's (office/flex) vacancy remains very low, at around 2%, while the number of new residents continues to increase."
