The letting leaves a separate detached block of three units providing 16,500 sf still available. Brixton's letting agent is King Sturge and Daimler Chrysler was advised by Colliers CRE.
Tim Wheeler, Brixton's Chief Executive, said: "In the week that we have also announced the re-letting of 39,000 sq ft at our office building, Drake House, Rickmansworth, at an enhanced rental level for a term of 15 years, the leasing of V3 one month after practical completion on a 20-year lease again demonstrates our ability to secure good lettings in a challenging market".
