Buyer Eastlake Commerce Center has shelled out $939,154 for the site, known as lot 25, with plans to build a multi-tenant industrial facility on the property. A groundbreaking date has not been announced as of yet.
Mike Vogt of International Real Estate acted on behalf of Eastlake Commerce Center. The seller, The Eastlake Co., was represented by Charles Adolphe of Burnham Real Estate Services ONCOR International.
The deal comes on the heels of another sale involving the Eastlake Business Center, in which an office facility here was purchased for slightly more than $2.6 million. Located at 900 Lane Ave., the building encompasses 18,782 sf. It is 100% leased to eight tenants with the largest occupant being The Eastlake Co. The new owner, Investcal Realty Corp., acquired the property from Scotland-Colorado LLC.
