The units are at the intersection of Baltimore Pike and Rte. 252 in Media, PA; Rte. 100 and Gordon Drive in Lionville, PA; 2700 Easton Road in Upper Moreland, PA, and at One North Main St. in Yardley, PA.

Rob Cooper of Mount Laurel, NJ-based Metro Commercial Real Estate Inc. negotiated the transactions for Starbucks, all with separate and unidentified owners. Cooper tells GlobeSt.com that all the leases are long-term, but declined to disclose the rental rates.

Starbucks currently operates 6,294 company-owned or licensed retail units worldwide. Of them, 4,843 are North America. Retail locations accounted for 85% of total company revenues in 2002.
