"We are planning to pick up the pace and will be able to close on 35 to 40 residences a week in the near future," attorney Edward Tobin says in a statement. Residents are able to move in immediately after closing.
The 35-story tower is located at 1330 West Ave. between Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. Amenities include a waterfront pool, a spa, a feng shui meditation garden, a gym, and tennis and sand volleyball courts.
Units are priced from $250,000. One- and two-bedroom units range in size from 800 sf to 1,384 sf. Related Cervera Realty Services is the exclusive listing broker for the project.
