MIAMI BEACH-Closings recently have begun on condominium units at The Waverly at South Beach here. The law firm Ratner and Tobin LLC, acting as the settlement agent for Athena Karlton SOBE LLC, which owns the project, has completed closings of at least 35 units to date.

“We are planning to pick up the pace and will be able to close on 35 to 40 residences a week in the near future,” attorney Edward Tobin says in a statement. Residents are able to move in immediately after closing.

The 35-story tower is located at 1330 West Ave. between Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. Amenities include a waterfront pool, a spa, a feng shui meditation garden, a gym, and tennis and sand volleyball courts.
