A seven-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry, Bisconti has facilitated the lease and/or sale of more than 3.4 million sf of commercial space valued at more than $680 million during the length of his career. With an extensive background in tenant representation, he counts HOK Architects, CNET, Securant Technologies, Hotwire and Yipes Inc. as past clients. His former employers include Buchanan Street Partners and Cushman & Wakefield.
Bisconti will be based in Burnham's University Towne Centre office, which is where the firm's headquarters are located. Aside from the UTC location, Burnham has branches in downtown San Diego, Carlsbad, South San Diego and Los Angeles.
