Letsos Leases Former City Hall Restaurant for $1.5M

MIAMI-The Fort Myers restaurateur plans to re-open the 6,200-sf venue in downtown West Palm Beach, FL as Vengelis Taverna Opa, an authentic Greek restaurant. Al Berrio is the seller and lessor.

MIAMI-Fort Myers restaurateur Angelo Letsos has purchased the former City Hall Restaurant in downtown West Palm Beach, FL. Letsos plans to lease and re-open the 6,200-sf restaurant as Vengelis Taverna Opa, a Greek taverna.

The lease is valued at approximately $1.5 million. The former American bistro-themed eatery will now be an authentic Greek restaurant offering lunch, dinner and weekend late-night options.
