Portland, OR-based Williams & Dame, in partnership with Portland-based Gerding/Edlen Development Co., proposes 372 condominium units over 500 parking spaces, a 54-room boutique and 24,592 sf of retail space. The project cost is estimated at $114 million.

Danville, CA-based Nearon Enterprises, in partnership with Tacoma-based Waterway Properties, proposes a $45-million development that includes a 216-unit apartment complex, 471 parking spaces, a 124-room hotel and 32,962 sf of retail space.

Homer Williams, Dike Dame and Gerding/Edlen are in large part responsible for the transformation of a former warehouse district on the north side of Downtown Portland into the Pearl District, a thriving residential and retail district.

A spokesperson for the The Foss Waterway Development Authority tells GlobeSt.com that a development team will be chosen on May 6.
