Bergdorf is relocating from its space at Three East 57th St., which was spread amongst multiple floors. The new long-term lease for the entire 14th floor of the 17-story Madison Avenue building, the C&W spokesperson says.

625 Madison Ave. was built in 1930 as a 12-story structure. An additional five floors were added in 1956. It underwent an extensive renovation in 1987, and the owners are currently finalizing plans for further upgrades, including new elevator cabs.
