O'Neill names Binswanger exclusive leasing agent for a four-story,124,000-sf, class-A building and three additional office pad sites that canaccommodate up to 600,000-sf at Horizon Corporate Center. The building is atRte. 1 and exit 28 of the Pennsylvania Turnpike and has approximately 31,000sf per floor.
Horizon is 101-acre corporate development approved for 1.2 million sf ofclass-A office space. Situated along the turnpike corridor, it has on-sitepublic transportation and easy access to I 95 and Philadelphia InternationalAirport.
At the same time, O'Neill assigns leasing of its three-story, 66,285-sfbuilding at 900 Northbrook Drive in Northbrook Corporate Center toBinswanger. The facility has approximately 22,000 sf per floor with aspacious atrium lobby, landscaping, and parking for 256 cars.
Like Horizon, Northbrook, which is at the intersection of Rte. 1, RockhillRd. and exit 28 of the turnpike, also offers easy access to I 95 and theairport.
