BEAVERTON, OR-Liberty Mutual Insurance is relocating and expanding its claims office from PacTrust’s Evergreen Business Park in Hillsboro to State Farm’s AmberGlen Business Center in Beaverton.

Liberty Mutual has inked a lease for 20450 NW Amberwood Dr. that starts with 8,157 sf and is expected to grow to 16,000 sf in coming months, according to local brokers familiar with the deal. The full-service lease rate is said to be around $16 per sf, not including owner concessions.

Grubb & Ellis brokers Dave Squire, Brandon Frank and Eric Haskins are the leasing agents for AmberGlen, which Birtcher Property Services developed and manages for State Farm Insurance. Buzz Ellis of Doug Bean & Associates represented Liberty Mutual.
