MIAMI BEACH-The famous 569-unit, 17-story Roney Palace Oceanfront Condominium tower here has unveiled a unique amenity: a $375,000, 2,500-sf beachfront rooftop solarium, called the Sky Salon.

In addition, the multifamily residence, originally built in 1926, unveiled its 43 loft units with 12-ft ceilings and 22 penthouse units, each 10 ft high. The 16th and 17th floors were converted to loft and penthouse units, respectively. The project cost more than $2.5 million.

The $150-per-sf Sky Salon is available only to residents of the Roney Palace’s three club floors: the 15th floor Club Level, the Loft Level and the Penthouse Level.
