Farrell has formed Las Olas River House Properties to be the exclusive brokerage for residences at the $45 million, 25-story condo, restaurant and retail tower. Prior to this appointment, Farrell owned Coconut Grove, FL-based Jean Inman Real Estate for more than 10 years. The company, with 30 associates, specialized in commercial and residential investment properties. She also represented national restaurants, such as Tony Roma's, in finding new locations.

Furthermore, Farrell formed and headed Condominium Marketing Consultants Inc., which specialized in marketing and selling major luxury waterfront condominium communities, including The Tiffany of Bal Harbour, The Imperial at Palm Beach, and three signature buildings on Brickell Avenue: The Palace, The Imperial and The Atlantis, featured in "Miami Vice."

Bobbi Ocean is the top-seller at Las Olas River House and has more than $75 million in sales. She has worked in real estate sales for several years and serves on the advisory board of the Downtown Development Authority. She is also a member of the Fort Lauderdale Board of Realtors and the Chamber of Commerce.
