Among other tenants at the 96%-occupied center are: Family Dollar, Rent Way, Clover Leaf Insurance Brokers, Golden Crust Caribbean Bakery, Simply Fashions, Lucille Roberts, Perry's Florist, Dots, Beauty Supply Dollar Store, Cellular Hut, 999 Shoes and several others.

The property also includes two out-parcel buildings. One is occupied by Jerk Machine, and the other is shared by two tenants: Blockbuster Video and R&R Sports. A 0.725-acre piece of land-- approved for a 3,700-sf building--rounds out the site. Situated on a 12.9-acre site, the shopping center was renovated in 1997.
