San Diego Medical Federal Credit Union has signed an agreement with the facility's owner, Griffin Properties LLC, to take 4,638 sf in Rio Vista Offices. The recent transaction, which is valued at $1.7 million, has brought the project's leasing level up to 67%.
Griffin Properties LLC was represented by Jack Kruger and Shawn Craig of BRE Commercial/NAI's La Jolla office. The duo also acted on behalf of San Diego Medical Federal Credit Union.
Slated for completion in May of this year, the Rio Vista Offices development is rising at 8889 Rio San Diego Dr. One of the biggest leases to be signed here thus far is a $3.5-million agreement that worker's compensation administrator Wear & Wood Inc. inked last fall. The company will take 14,957 sf in the facility.
